From Demo to Designed

This client reached out to me during the demo portion of his project.  With minimal walls in the kitchen, main bedroom and bathroom area, it was challenging to visualize the space planning, so I was hired to draw up floor plans, kitchen plans, lighting plans and 3D models to help visualize the space.  While working within the constraints of existing walls, and electrical locations, I was able to find space for an entry closet, and the main bath features a his-and-hers sink with a separated toilet area.  After the plans were finalized, my client selected his own finishes and fixtures to complete the build.
