Concept Development
Before your project begins, it is important to have a clear direction of style, functional needs, and everything in between. Studio 706 will create style boards and provide multiple design options during this phase to help the client define the direction of the project.
Space Planning/Drafting
Studio 706 provides detailed drawings for your project using computer drafting programs Revit and AutoCAD. Although Studio 706 does not have an architect, detailed plans can be produced whether they are inside a room or for a custom home design. When structural drawings are needed, we can send our plans to an architect or structural engineer.
3D Models/Renderings
It is so important to be able to visualize your project throughout the design process. Whether you need to see a new furniture layout, a complete redesign of a space, or what your new custom home will look like, Studio 706 can create hand sketches and/or detailed 3D models and renderings.

Procurement
Whether sourcing cabinets for an entire kitchen, creating a finish list for a project, finding the perfect faucet, or doing research on equipment or appliances, Studio 706 can help you find and purchase the perfect materials and products for your projects. Construction Admin.
Once construction begins, there is a lot to pay attention to! Studio 706 can visit your jobsite throughout the construction phase to communicate installation instructions to contractors, confirm and inspect deliveries, and confirm that design details are correct.
