Historic Apartment Build Out

This was one of my favorite residential projects while I was employed at Woodard Properties in Charlottesville, VA.  This huge space began as an empty shell, and I worked with my boss to envision this new apartment.  I finalized the floor plans, cabinetry plans, electrical plans, and mechanical plans before construction began.  It was an involved process to select and procure all the finishes and materials including doors, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, tile, and more.  Alongside our project manager, I assisted in the oversight of the construction and made sure everything was delivered and installed correctly.  When everything was finished, the space was incredible.  The original floors, beams and exposed brick wall work together to create a warm, inviting space.
