Garage and Breezeway Addition

I really enjoyed working with these clients to plan their garage, breezeway, and living room addition. The details of the existing home and available building area had to be carefully considered to find the perfect connection point for the new building.  We worked back and forth between the detailed plan drawings and the 3D models to finalize the plans.  We also involved the clients' contractor to address more intricate details like plumbing fall and HVAC duct sizes.  The drawings were used for building permits and ordering materials, and construction was completed in 2025.
